Geocaching in Morgantown
5/5 We were in town for GeoWoodstock and this house was great for us. Good location for the events we were attending. Very comfortable and excellently clean. We only had one owner contact when we managed to lock ourselves out, everything was solved with a quick phone call. The streets around the house are pretty challenging for drivers from flat country, but that's true for all of West Virginia. We can definitely recommend this location.

Stayed for hospital surgery
4/5 This is a beautiful location with flowers to make it peaceful even though you are in the city. It is difficult to find as there are not street signs.We had a person in the hospital so we didn't get to enjoy the beauty but it was perfect for our needs.

Great house, area bad in snow
4/5 Loved the house, will definitely stay there again in warmer weather. We were there after snow in area and roads around house were ice covered and hard to navigate.
