Our story has humble beginnings: two hospitality vets brainstorming in a basement. Back in 2011, Brian Egan and Adam Sherry believed the vacation rental industry was going to be big, yet the experience felt less than ideal for everyone involved.
Homeowners had to either hire an overpriced property manager or spend countless hours handling everything on their own. And guests struggled to find places that promised standards and support. It was time for a more modern approach to vacation rental.

The parts of the vacation rental business that owners stress over are the ones that require the most expertise, like marketing, setting and adjusting rates, answering guest inquiries, and vetting service partners. We take this work off their plate for just 10% (traditional property managers charge 30-50%).
The result is less late night phone calls, more (metaphorical) days at the beach.
The moment our guests hit “book,” we make it easy for them to get excited, and spend less of their time worrying about the details. To do this, we guarantee that each of our homes will be 100% ready for every stay — and on the rare occasion things don’t go according to plan, we make it right.
