  This properry was beautiful and was locsted in a great location. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the master bathroom shower was dirty. It had alot of that orange pink colored build up and black mold. You could tell it had not been scrubbed in forever. Loose hair and dirt was also in the shower it was one of the most gross showers ive used in a long time.There are 2 bathrooms though so use the guest shower it was much cleaner.

• Condo location was great but it wasn't cleaned when we checked in.

  There were a number of cleaning issues that I emailed Karla about and she had someone come back to do cleaning. In general, the place was not clean. On Monday I sat on the couch and a dirty napkin that had been between the cushions came out. It looked like the couch hadn't been vacuumed in a while.

  This is the list I emailed:

  1. The master bedroom small lamp is missing a light bulb.

  2. The coffee maker was dirty - used filter and coffee grounds left in the maker.

  3. The freezer has food from previous guests - open bag of frozen veggies, open box of breakfast sausages and a bottle of vodka.

  4. There are no kitchen towels.

  5. The oven mitts are filthy

  6. The floor is dirty.

  7. There are a few remaining sheets of paper towel. Do you supply paper towel?

  8. The tv channel changers in the guest room are filthy.

  9. The balcony has not been swept and the table is dirty.

  10. The kitchen has gnats flying around.

  11. Dirty face cloth left in bathroom drawer.

  great location to beach and great walkability to restaurants etc . I’ve stayed there before but different unit didn’t disappoint!

  Easy check in and check out, good Wi-Fi, very nice location on the river. Shops, restaurants, coffee, and the beach all within a few minutes walk. Apartment was clean and spacious, well-maintained and very comfortable. The balcony was nice to sit on.
