  How real are reviews? I've left my name at the end of this review, and if you want my cell number, please ask the owner. I'm giving permission here to allow them to give that information to anyone that would want to ask me questions about the property.

  Just to establish some credibility, I travel for a living. My work takes me around the world. I rent at least 10 - 45 days a year on average, 2-8 places total. My Fiance' and I needed a getaway for a short vacation from work and life as we both own businesses, and this house was everything we wanted in a rental. We actually booked and stayed another day because we were so overwhelmed with the community, the location, the house and ultimately, the kindness of the owners. I literally made one phone call on the last day, a few texts on the day of departure and everything was instantly taken care of. That last day and night was amazing. We ate at local establishments very close to the house, we walked around and enjoyed the beach and pier, we enjoyed peace. Absolutely amazing. Thank you, Micheal, for all you did for us, honestly, I was so impressed.

  I would give this rental opportunity a "10" out of 5 if I could.

  We will be back for sure. With the lake being so close, the amenities being so close, the cleanliness and everything else involved in the property made it amazing. You will not be disappointed by renting this if it fits your location preference.

• Comfortable, Well Appointed, Relaxing Accommodations

  Reserved this place as a place to get away from the full family holiday gathering. It did not disappoint!! Very clean with plenty of comfortable furnishings throughout. Kitchen has all one needs for any size meal prep and sevice. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to beach and riverfront. Recommended without reservations!

• Good but cold

  Most of this stay was good. The location was good for us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We really appreciated some of the extras like a few storage containers/ziploc bags etc. since we had a Thanksgiving meal with family (and leftovers).

  We knew it had steps but they were a bit steep and slanted so not good for anyone who might struggle even a little with steps.

  We also loved the extras like the wide range of games, puzzles etc. This was a nice touch especially when staying multiple nights.

  Our main complaint was that the upstairs (where all of the bedrooms were) was VERY COLD overnight. After the first night, we tried turning up the heat a bit to help, but it defaults to much cooler overnight (which we understand and do at our own home) but then it didn't heat upstairs at all. There was only one blanket on each bed which was not enough. We know space heaters are not safe, but possibly more blankets and/or electric mattress pads/blankets would be helpful. There were fans in the room so it probably isn't an issue in warmer weather. We grew up in WI and live in MN so we are used to cold nights, but even for us, it was really cold.
