The one reason that we stayed for the whole week was its location. It is beautiful! The place had not been cleaned since the last renters left when we checked in. Contacted the owner and he did get the property manager to come out to clean. The property manager did some cleaning but told me that we didnt have water so she couldnt clean everything and left. A call to the owner did bring her back to get the water running but she did not finish cleaning. She did instruct us that we would have to reset a breaker in the garage when it tripped to keep water going. Then, we had well pump issues for the next three days to the point that flushing the toilet tripped the breaker. The owner was trying to address the water issue from afar. He had an electrician working there at 5 pm one night and 11 pm another night, and then did get a well company out to replace the pump when we were talking about canceling the rest of our stay. We did finally have clear reliable water the day before we left. But had to furnish our own water most of our stay. The place is being poorly managed. Towel bar falls off wall, white towels with yellow stains and smell musty, hooks falling off walls, laundry room reeks of animal urine, broken screen, both doors have broken handles (wind blows open door when not deadbolted), kitchen appliances were dirty, dirty dishes were put back in cabinets, bird poop everywhere outside, and boat plug is bad.All this and no discount was given. We won't be back.

2nd bedroom bed very small, loft had no electricity and very low ceilings, dishwasher not working, hot water hooked up to toilet which was very weird, moved dresser to make room for pak n play and found, what appeared to be, a dried up chipmunk underneath stuck to the floor.
