  This is the perfect beach house. Loved the design. Great for a toddler (as long as you bring a gate for the stairs). She ran around the house with a big smile on her face the whole time. Will definitely come again

• Great place for families, but there's a bear in the neighborhood

  We stayed here for a long weekend with two adults, two teens, two children, and two dogs. There is a cabinet with dog supplies, and others with games. The house had everything we needed to cook. There are soap, shampoo, and conditioner available. There is only one TV and it quit working while we were there. There is a fantastic sound system, but no instructions on how to operate it. There are no cleaning supplies, except for laundry and dishwasher detergent. I bought cleaning wipes so I could wipe down after meals. The house is within walking distance of the beach, but there is a big step down out of the dunes. There are beach toys available which the kids really enjoyed. There are no beach chairs. We saw deer in the dunes which was amazing, but a bear tipped over the large outdoor trash can twice and the recycling once which I had to clean up. The second time my husband almost walked into the bear in the trash. There is very little light on the side of the house with the garbage can. We were unaware there was even the possibility of a bear, and were not as cautious or diligent as we might have been had we known. The property manager was very responsive, but seemed unconcerned that we had a run in with the bear. Evolve was impossible to get help from I have 2 children and two dogs that could have been seriously injured and was not happy with with the lack of disclosure. This is a fantastic place for a family, but be aware of the bear.

• Stunning property with incredible view of the ocean!

  Wow! The first thing we all thought upon arrival. The property is wonderful with jaw dropping views of the ocean and sandy beach! This property is in a prime location with easy access to the beach and water, and tons of sand dollars along the way. Fun and delicious places for food, brews, and views in Westport, very friendly locals, ready to give loving pets to our dogs. The beds were so comfy, the hot tub a perfect spot with a sunset view, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking local seafood. Only one request, since we would love to return to this gem - maybe some more seating on the deck facing the ocean would be nice. Highly recommend this property for families or a friends' getaway!
