PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 6102 S Sheridan Ave, Tacoma, WA 98408
- The GPS will take you to the front of the main house, which is not visible from the main road; the studio is located in the back. To get to the back, turn onto the easement (driveway) located between the houses addressed 6108 and 6116. The easement (driveway) will wrap around to the right and take you directly to the studio (above the garage)

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 5132. To open the door, enter the code, wait for a click sound, then rotate the thumbturn to the left (up to 3 times) until you feel it unlock
- To lock the door, press the Schlage button, wait for a click sound, then rotate the thumbturn to the right
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
