Nice Getaway
5/5 We stayed at this place to visit family in Seattle and Olympia, which was a perfect location. The views were spectacular; the beds comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking our meals in the well equipped kitchen. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood away from city center. Bring your binoculars!
Great view, everything as described
5/5 Great view of Commencement Bay all the way around to Mt. Rainier. Plenty of parking. House was clean and had all reasonable amenities. Good location for what we were looking for.

Wonderful Stay!
5/5 We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at the "Captain's Quarters"... Tacoma Apartment with a wrap around deck with Skyline Views! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Greg and Johanna was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.
Upon arrival, the space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was perfect, with grocery stores nearby was such an convenience. We enjoyed exploring the Seattle and the North Pacific Coast area and found plenty of great dining options.
Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Greg & Johanna and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Great central location with wonderful view
5/5 Perfect place to stay. The house was very clean, organized and recently renovated. The check in process was easy. Plenty of parking and other amenities. Host was easy to communicate with. Nice view of Commencement bay.

5/5 This place is beautiful. The view is spectacular and the house is very modern and full of thoughtful amenities. The neighborhood felt very safe. Beds are very comfortable. We appreciated it very much when an issue came up and our primary contacts through Evolve made efforts to resolve it, Glen was very helpful and understanding. Thank you Glen and the Evolve Team!
