Great value
5/5 This was a solid home base for dropping our child at University of Puget Sound. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed including a blow up mattress for an extra person. The unit is in a walkout basement and is below another rental property. We could hear footsteps above but it was not overly distracting. The driveway up from the alley is a little funky to enter at first, but we figured it out. Entering from the back gate there is a nice little outdoor seating area. You can’t beat the price and our stay here was very affordable compared to other places we considered.

Nice place
5/5 Met our needs perfectly, close and conveniently located to pretty much everthing. It was very clean, well stocked and comfortable and if I'm being nitpicking, wish it had a larger more comfortable sofa, to match the enormous flat screen. Other than that, very pleasant stay and would definitely rent again.
