Seattle Condo w/ Parking, Near Space Needle!

  Here are the details of our experience:

  1. The condo was dirty - there was hair on the bathtub shower and toilet. The kitchen counter, fixtures, and lamps had a layer of dust. There was leftover food in the kitchen drawer from a previous resident. There were also some shoe insoles in the desk leftover.

  2. I texted the number provided on the laminated sheet on the kitchen counter regarding the heating. I got no response from them.

  3. The washer/dryer was difficult to use - the dryer took all day to dry the clothes.

  4. The primary bedroom - was extremely difficult to sleep in! There was so much noise coming from outside. Every night someone was banging on the metal bars on the window. It was very scary for us knowing someone was outside, lurking. I know you cant do anything about this, but there could be some sound proofing installed or security measures. For the 5 nights we were there we never got 1 night of sound sleep. There was so much light coming through as well.

  5. Some of the dishes were dirty (the bread pan).

  We have stayed at air bnb's before and understand that there are nuances to each location. We expect hygiene at a minimum. I wish we knew ahead of time that our room was in the basement, I would not have accepted this. It was loud from all the plumbing and outside noise. We paid a lot of money for this condo and expected a better experience.

  -We did not receive a call or text from the guest. Please know that we are always available and ready to assist our guests promptly. We take guest satisfaction seriously and are committed to providing support whenever needed.
  
  -For the condo’s washer and dryer, we recommend following the instructions posted by the unit and using small loads for optimal performance. We have not received similar complaints from past guests.
  
  -Downtown areas can offer a different experience compared to suburban settings. We provide a map in the listing to help guests view the home's location and encourage reviewing all details to ensure expectations are aligned before booking.
  
  As highlighted by other guest feedback, the owner consistently delivers exceptional 5-star experiences. We are confident they will maintain this high standard moving forward.

  We stayed two nights to attend a concert. The property was a 10 min drive away. This place is downtown. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. The waterfront is 6 blocks away. There’s a whole foods grocery store 3 blocks away. Many dining and shopping opportunities within blocks. The place has two bedrooms with doors. Kitchen with all the utensils. Comfortable beds, couches, tables. Parking is included. Altogether a great place to stay.

  Very nice condo but there was a very musty smell in the hallway of the building. It did not come into the condo though.
