Large clean convenient home

Okay rental
3/5 The space was a great size for our family of 7 that stayed. The floors however were filthy, there were ants everywhere, no hand towels in bathrooms, no washcloths in the kitchen. I wish I would have done a Google earth look at the location prior to staying as it’s not the most desirable area. Overall the space was ok and we enjoyed Seattle.

Convenient Distance From Downtown
3/5 The property had all the amenities you could need and was spacious. I’d recommend doing a google earth view of the surroundings. I’d say it could use some general maintenance attention (ie, walls are very scuffed and appear dirty and could use a cleaning, the garage had lots of spider webs) but the linens and living spaces were all clean.

Great space - improvements needed
2/5 Great space for a larger family. All the improvements are within owners control: (1) Ants; (2) ability to sign into streaming TV (versus low level cable only - no sports); (3) all heaters working; (4) a step up for the kitchen utensils; (5) improved mattresses.
