Family stay in Seattle
4/5 Stayed for UW family weekend. Walking distance to U-Village and 30 minutes walk to the stadium. Great location.
2/5 in someone’s basement, other family very loud and has trash bags and cigarettes littered in front of house

Thank you for your feedback. Our listing clearly states that the owner lives on-site, and we have quiet hours in place to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We regret if there was any noise disturbance during your stay, and we would have gladly addressed it if notified.
The bags you noticed outside were part of the pre-winter yard cleanup. As for the cigarettes, there is an ashtray on the porch for personal use, but if any cigarette butts were found elsewhere, they may have been left behind by contractors, and we apologize for that.
We strive to maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment, and we wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have addressed any concerns right away. Thank you for your feedback—it helps us improve for future guests.Cute but….
3/5 I was in town for a conference. I arrived early and was allowed to go in 45 minutes early. The house was in the back downstairs. Once in I realized that someone lived upstairs. There was a lock door from upstairs to the downstairs. Being alone made me very uneasy. I could hear walking all evening. If things were dropped upstairs it made a huge noise downstairs. He does have a dog, but I never heard the dog. The tv had blown speakers so I was unable to watch tv while there.

-The homeowner lives in a separate unit upstairs, and this is noted in the listing details so guests are aware of the setup before booking.
-There is no dog on the property, so there shouldn’t be any concerns regarding pets.
-The homeowner was unaware of the TV’s blown speakers and will ensure it is either repaired or replaced for future guests.
