Very unique
5/5 Very seamless process for check-in. Very responsive by text to any needs. Fun decorations and random themes. Cozy home. Only recommendation is to replace the stove. Thank you

Thanks so much for the 5 stars! 😊 We agree the stove is small and replacing it was on our original to-do list—but it turns out this type (left handed, drop in, downdraft) isn’t made anymore, and swapping it would mean major kitchen reconstruction. A few chefs have told us it’s actually great quality, so for now it’s our little retro workhorse. We truly appreciate your understanding and your kind words! And we do try and make up for it with lots of other fun amenities and features!

5/5 Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was lovely. I was here with my family celebrating my 60th birthday we had a great time exploring Seattle during the day and how fabulous to come home to this sweet little sanctuary. Everyone had their own space to relax in. I loved the kitchen (the windows :) coming home and cooking our purchases from Pike market. Evenings out by the fire ring were so sweet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for all of the extra touches that made our trip more special.

- Jon @ Happy Valley House5/5 My sister and I turned our concert trip into a weekend getaway for our family! My niece (10), Nephew (14), and mom joined us and we LOVED the house. Lots of communication and information about events in the area, there is a scavenger hunt in the house to help entertain the kiddos as well as plenty of space to play games and relax. There were so many beautiful parts of the home as well as the cool snails outside and beautiful greenery! It did rain, as expected but did not dampen the quality family time. Grocery store is also close to the home as well as a great coffee shop!
