  We’ve stayed at the same place before but this time was frustrating. People above us ran up and down the stairs every night until around 2 am which made it impossible for any of us a good nights sleep

  We never had the host or evolve help us they even went as far to tell us that they can’t ask someone to be quieter at any point the fireplace wasn’t working and mold all around inside the toilet bowl.

  Luckily the owner contacted us and even though he was far away and couldn’t come there but at least he tried

  And evolve even messaged us that there was no one staying above us or below us after the owner told us there was

  The owner genuinely cares I hope he can get someone local to help him because the people he pays now are horrible

  - We did have renters in one of the other units who reported no late-night activity, but we later discovered the noise was caused by a maintenance rope that had blown loose and was tapping against the canal side of the house. The issue has since been resolved.
  - We’ve scheduled a fireplace technician to take a look, as the controls were tampered with and no longer functioned through the wall switch as intended.
  - Our local contact re-cleaned the toilet and delivered extra toilet paper during your stay. Her contact info is listed in the guestbook and on the fridge. We encourage future guests to reach out directly for quick, on-the-ground support.

• Great place for family

  The kitchen was large enough to cook family meals, we were close enough to town that running to the store for last minute items wasn't a hassle, the property was comfortable and we had a great stay.

• Girls Beach Trip

  It's a lovely condo. Well appointed and well stocked. Keyless entry worked perfectly.

  Only issue was the fireplace didn't work.

  From the owner: "Sorry about the fireplace not working. Sometimes, guests feel it is too hot and turn off the pilot light to the fireplace. I will have it checked on."

• Quiet stay near the beach

  Charming spot on the canal. The building looks like a commercial building but when you get inside it is a cute quite and clean house over the water.
