4/5 Lovely cottage stay in an area we had yet to spend much time in despite our many visits to Ocean Shores. Located at the quiet end of the road near Damon Point and the Coastal Interpretative Center and away from the main business area which may or may not suit your fancy. Beach access just a few minutes away. Check-in and communication was well done. Everything you would need-except maybe a BBQ-to enjoy a self contained getaway. Great kitchen, tons of rainy day games for kids and adults, and an excellent backyard for private relaxation. The dock is a pretty place to spend time or launch a kayak from. Two important points. One, the mattresses, to us, were at two ends of the spectrum. One being far too soft and the main bedroom mattress being far too hard. Be prepared. And a note to the owners/management. Both shower stalls are in definite need of some type of slip resistant matting added to them. The floors are a safety hazard as is.

5/5 2/5 Dirty. Rugs and floors not clean. Couch covered in white dog hair. Extra blankets on beds were also covered in dog hair. Consider bringing your own pillows and towels. Only one towel per guest provided. Pillows are bulky and too tall for neck comfort. The dock are is great.
