Wish this could be higher
2/5 We did enjoy our stay, the outdoor space was awesome (unfortunately weather didn’t let us take full advantage). Would have rated this much higher, but we showed up and the bathrooms had hair and dust all over. The beds looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed since the last group. We couldn’t find silverware because it hadn’t been unloaded from the dishwasher. There wasn’t any dish soap, only 2 dish rags we could find. We had to pick up batteries for the downstairs tv and there was no propane. The property manager offered to send cleaners after we were more than halfway through our stay and had cleaned ourselves. The place has potential, but cleanliness was a real bummer.

-We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness didn’t meet your expectations and apologize for the oversight. This is being addressed with the cleaning team to ensure future guests have a spotless experience, and we are exploring new cleaning partners with Evolve if needed.
-Regarding the propane and batteries, there are extra supplies stored in the locked garage. The cleaners check these items regularly and notify us when we need refilling or replacing, so we’ll make sure this process is followed moving forward.
We appreciate your understanding regarding the weather and hope you’ll have a chance to fully enjoy the outdoor space on a future stay.
