Great stay.
5/5 We are seasoned visitors of Suncadia, usually booking through the resort for a room or vacation home. This was our first time booking through 3rd party, so we were a bit nervous about the experience. The unit was clean, though there was not a light bulb in the hallway from bedroom to bathroom and all the towels were wet, as if they had been folded while damp. No big deal—we just threw them in the dryer.
We knew we wouldn’t have access to other resort amenities, which was fine since we've enjoyed those before. However, we didn’t see the check-in/check-out instructions until after booking, which made departure a bit rushed. The rules required us to take out the trash, clean the dishes, strip the linens, and, just to be safe, we even washed the towels, even though that wasn't specified. Overall, we managed, but it would have been helpful to have that information upfront. Overall we love Suncadia and knew what to expect.
