• Scuba Get-away!

  3 members of our family were doing their scuba diving certifying dives in chilly Lake Chelan, so we thought we'd make it a family affair! 13 people stayed in the house (4 families) and it was just a perfect setting. So many bedrooms and places for the kids to sleep - we all had a great time. The weather was beautiful, but cold, so the pool was not used, but the set up for enjoying the great backyard was obvious. It would be fabulous in the summer. Located within walking distance of the park, so the kids had a great place to play.

• Perfect for our needs

  We had 11 people staying in Chelan for a childhood friends wedding. We all wanted to stay together, and this was the perfect option! Other than some small issues with a few of the doors, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Close walk to the lake, quick drive to the downtown shops and restaurants, and super spacious.

• Pretty Ok

  The house itself was pretty ok. It met our needs and was in a part of town with close proximity to everything. We had a good time overall and enjoyed the property. Since it was not on the water the pool and lounge area made the stay. The neighboring houses were pretty close and we seemed to be in an older run down neighborhood but felt safe. While it was well equipped, met our need, and we had a good time, i feel the cost was pretty high for the condition (more wear and tear than expected, doors that stuck, no broom or mop, not adequate bathroom towels and supplies, and our room had a severely stained mattress, no controlls for hot tub jets, pool lights). jad a severely stained mattress).mattresses

  Thank you for your feedback. We value all our guests' opinions and strive to provide an enjoyable experience for everyone staying at our homes. We always do our best to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable reaching out to us for anything they may need. We appreciate this guest for reaching out to us with their concerns and are truly sorry that our efforts to support and improve their stay fell short of expectations. During this guest’s stay, they reached out two days after checking in about needing more towels and toilet paper. With the home having multiple levels and five bathrooms, we wanted to ensure that all bathroom cabinets were checked, as we typically provide 3-4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and enough towels for everyone registered. The booking was for 12 guests, and the primary renter confirmed having 14 washcloths, 10 hand towels, 14 bath towels, and 16 pool towels, but additional towels were still requested. Regarding the broom, we directed the guests to where it's usually kept, and when it couldn't be located, we promptly brought a new one. Upon check-out, both the original and new broom, along with a mop, were found in the usual storage area. For the mattresses, we offered assistance, but the guest only requested a new mattress cover. We take cleanliness seriously and have reminded our team to ensure mattress pads are stripped and mattresses are inspected more frequently. Regarding the hot tub, it is a sitting tub with three jets designed primarily for circulation and filtration, as noted in our listing and welcome packet. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and it’s disappointing to learn that we didn’t meet that goal this time. We take this feedback to heart and will continue to work on improving our services to ensure a better experience for future guests.

• Large home, great for our growing family

  We've been coming to Lake Chelan for years and our family is growing; this home was perfect for us, and we see ourselves coming back, even if we grow a little more! With the six bedrooms, and multiple levels, we could enjoy space apart and together. The kids could watch movies while adults had time together. The description was accurate, home was well cleaned and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were gracious and very communicative/responsive. We enjoyed the hot tub and can tell that this will be a great home for summer family vacations with the pool and many areas outside for entertaining. We were very close to downtown Chelan and walked to get coffee every morning to the nearby coffee shop.

• Great house for family

  This house was amazing the pool and jot tub were great. With 4 teens it was a large house everyone had their own room. I was on my own floor. The pool table was a big hit. Very close to the state park. Safeway was a couple blocks away. The house actually has 7 bedrooms. Excellent place.
