  Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaints I have was how uncomfortable the beds were and how filthy the floors were.

We have recently taken over management of this unit and we are making some changes to the housekeeping services. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family reunion here at lake chelan , the weather was great , the beaches were nice and the water park was awesome. I would recommend coming down later in June or July , it didn't seem like the town was quite ready for tourists season yet and we didn't get to do a couple activities.

The water was clear and prefect for swimming. Lots of water sports available for kids and adults. Had a great time with my family. Thanks Kelsey!

Customer service was the best ever - called after hours and had three return calls to be sure my issue was resolved! We would definitely stay here again!
