Cozy and convenient mountain house
4/5 We enjoyed our stay and all that the property had to offer. It is close by Mount Snow and all of the shops and restaurants. It was cozy and great to come back to at the end of a day of skiing. The house was stocked with supplies and all of the cabinets were nicely labeled as well.

Great Stay but Could be Better
3/5 The house overall is beautiful however, it needs to be updated. I question the cleanliness of the home such as sectional sofa, linens, and blankets. It was a snow storm in which there was no shovel to clean entry way snow. Even so, I don't believe guests should be cleaning the driveway and entry way at all. There should be protocols in place for situations like this. A few of us slipped and fall which could have been avoided, if property management handle the matter. None the less, thankgiving reservation was a success and we enjoyed our time.

-We have a contracted service to shovel the walkway, though their timing may not always coincide with snowfall. We apologize for the lack of a shovel during your stay; one has now been replaced for added guest convenience.
-The house is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, and this is the first feedback we’ve received about towels or linens. We are always here to assist and remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
-The heating mats have been repaired to ensure they effectively melt snow along the pathway moving forward.
