CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1980
- All the rooms in the house have individual thermostats, which may take time to warm up the home. Please turn OFF the heat when out for the day (since the electric bill runs extremely high in winter months)
- The wood-burning stove heats up the home quickly. There is stacked wood on the side of the house, which is better to use when dried. The nearby 7-Eleven sells firewood, kindling, and Duraflame logs to help get the fire going quickly. Please note the stove gets very hot, and small children should avoid getting close to it
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Turn OFF all thermostats, EXCEPT for 2 on the downstairs level, which are to be kept ON at 50 degrees to prevent frozen pipes (the one in the laundry room and bathroom)
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Ensure the wood-burning stove and outdoor fire pit are extinguished before departure. Please use the ashcan to remove any accumulated ash from the stove
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
