• Weird set up and dated

  We first arrived in the wrong entrance by accident, where there where cameras in the condo and received a email saying we where violating the house rules from the owner. It was the bottom floor ( part of a 3 bedroom condo) and we where renting the top floor. I felt like I was being spied on and felt violated. The washer and dryer where locked and not accessible and with with kids this was not ideal.The house was very dated, not very clean and also had no coffee pot.It is close to the mountain but wouldn't recommend this rental.

  Hi Alexa, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We want to clarify that our listing states that there's a separate entrance for the owners and that we reside on-site. We kindly remind our guests to respect our house rules and property boundaries. Despite being informed that the owner's entrance is off-limits to guests, we observed numerous unauthorized entries through this entrance, infringing on our privacy and violating our rules.
  - The security camera mentioned in our listing and pre-stay communication is positioned outside by the front door, facing out, and doesn't monitor interior spaces. Guest safety and privacy are of utmost importance to us. 
  - Regarding the washer and dryer access, our listing doesn't advertise guest access to the washer and dryer as they're reserved for the cleaner and owner's personal use. 
  - We used a professional photographer to guarantee that our listing images accurately reflect the character of the home and guests can decide before booking if the space and decor meet their preferences. 
  - We employ a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival and they consistently do a thorough job. 
  - In the kitchen, we offer a Keurig and a pour-over coffee maker, both of which are mentioned in our listing. We believe these options adequately cater to the preferences of most guests. We encourage guests to fully review the listing before booking to ensure they find the right property to meet their needs.

• ski trip with big group of friends

  had a fantastic time staying here with a group of 8 people. The closest MOO-ver shuttle stop is only 100ft from the front door, which was ideal for our three day trip. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils and the check-in/check-out process with Don was super easy. Overall, a great experience!

  Location was perfect with the Moover transfer right on the door and even walking distance to the ski mountain(8’ walk).

  House was clean and had everything we needed.

  The only thing that could be better was the communication with the apt management/ owner. We couldn’t find the pool or hot tub and got no answer after asking. We had other questions that never got answered too. But overall for it was a great New year’s holiday!

• Family Ski Trip

  Unit as descried, slept my family and guests well. Location we decision to rent, and did not disappoint. Very easy to get on the MOOver shuttle to and from the base lodge. Pool was a hit for the kiddos. Was able to avoid paid parking and long walk on weekends at the main base lodge which was key. One issue arose with pool passcode, but owner picked up the phone on frost call and resolved on the spot.
