Fabulous Group Ski Trip
5/5 Had a really great time with a group of eight at this home! Very nice & warm home, close to Mount Snow (~4min drive). Communicative and welcoming host.
1/5 House is not kept up. Its cold, thermonstat does not work in rooms so they read 80 but its 50. Spiders all around, sheets are stained and dirty q tips on the floor. Owner said she will look into leaking toilet which she did after we left. She wasnt very nice about resolving any issues. She said it was clean and her house as always been "immaculate". All False!!! Many more issues that wont be mentioned but if you are looking for a clean house, warm and welcoming its not this house!!!

- The homeowner aims to resolve any concerns as they come up and noted that no cleanliness issues were reported until the day of departure. When they did receive follow-up messages, the items mentioned included a small rip in the couch, a crumb, and a water ring on an end table. Each of these concerns is taken seriously and would have been addressed right away if brought to their attention sooner.
- The home features individual thermostats in each room, and the homeowner wasn’t made aware of any heating concerns during the stay. They encourage guests to reach out in real time so they can help troubleshoot, especially during Vermont’s colder winter months.
- A message about the upstairs bathroom leak was received after your stay. Due to freezing temperatures and the holiday weekend, plumbers were limited, but the homeowner secured one the next day. It was determined to be a clog rather than a leak, and the issue was promptly resolved.

Great Vermont Getaway
5/5 House was perfect for my family with four kids. Had everything we needed and great location. Working fireplace was great and beautiful river across the street with a walking path. A+ family getaway!
