Address - 791 Vermont Rt 114, East Burke VT. Once in East Burke Center you will come to a split in the road. Go left on 114 and we are the Red Barn style home on the left. If you see the ball field you have gone too far.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 pm
- The property is accessible via keyless entry through the back door off the deck. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 am
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the unit by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Leave bagged/sealed trash in the basement. Please note that it is a Vermont law that you recycle and separate recyclable items from trash. The following can be recycled - paper, cardboard, plastic, and glass
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Sweep the house
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- In the winter, set heat to 55 degrees. In the summer, turn it off
- Turn off the gas next to the stove on the right
- Make sure all fires are out
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the unit is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No bikes on the deck or in the house. Park the bikes and store your gear in the basement
- No bike shoes on the deck or in the house
- No camping on the land surrounding the property
- Trash and recyclables must be separated
- If the gas is low or empty in the outdoor gas grill, please notify the Guest Contact
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please do not hang out outside past 10:00 pm
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Password: SKI HAUS (please note that there is a space between the two words)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The occupancy limit is 8 persons per the town of East Burke, VT (per state fire regulations and the town permit with East Burke). Mattresses for extra beds have been removed and the bunk rooms have 3 twin beds each

- Camping is not permitted on the property
- The property does not have air conditioning

PARKING:
- Up to 8 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- The grass is not our property. If you are bringing an equipment trailer, that would could as a vehicle since it takes up a car spot
- Please park cars in the driveway and/or as close to the deck as possible. Do not drive in the field for this is townland. We advise all tenants to lock up cars and bikes when not at the home
