CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 1:00 PM
- The key is located inside the realtor lockbox, which is in the grill beside the door. The code is 3333
- Extra keys can be found inside the townhome
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox and leave the extra keys inside the unit
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please make sure all baseboard heating is turned off and leave the thermostat at 60 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

SKI SHUTTLE INFORMATION
- The free shuttle runs every 15-20 minutes on weekends only, and the nearest stop is on Wintergreen Drive. This stop can be accessed by walking through the neighboring condo area (Tanners Ridge) and down a sloping driveway to Wintergreen Drive. The resort phone number is 434.325.2200; you can call and ask to speak to transportation for any further clarification.

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway in front of the townhome
- 2 additional guest parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis
