CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- All guests are required to review and adhere to the HOA regulations: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iE59tmxSx0Kw9gJZr-hGj3yTn8zRgZvh/view?usp=sharing
- The property is accessible via keyless entry. The code is the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- To open from the hallway: press the house icon to activate the keypad, enter the code, then the lock will activate to retract the bolt, and turn the handle
- To open from the inside: turn the thumbturn
- To lock from the hallway: close the door then press the lock icon (the lock won't automatically lock; you must always lock and unlock)
- To lock from the inside: close the door and turn the thumb turn
- The ski locker key is hanging on the coat hook. Please remember to return, if used
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return the ski locker key, if used
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take all trash bags to a local dumpster
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please turn off the main water valve and hot water heater breaker
- Please return the thermostat temperature to its original setting
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found on the TV inside the unit

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This single-story condo on the 2nd floor requires 4 exterior steps and additional interior steps for entry
- The water and water heater are turned off when the condo is unoccupied. Please refer to the Welcome Book on-site for instructions for turning them back on
- The Welcome Book also includes instructions for the balcony doors, which can be tricky to lock/unlock

PARKING:
- Unassigned parking in the community lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Wintergreen Resort features a community EV charger located in the spa parking lot, available for use with an additional fee, paid on-site
