Great location
5/5 Great location right at the beach - right at the end of the boardwalk! Property is older but the studio was really clean and had everything we needed. It was pretty small but large enough for the 2 of us. Queen bed was very comfortable. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Very quiet complex.

Birthday Get Away
5/5 Enjoyed the location of the unit, steps to the beach and boardwalk! The grass area was a very good place to start our day with coffee! Very quiet and private.

Absolutely perfect
5/5 This location for my husband and I to have a short get away was perfect. The fact that nothing was very far from our front door was great. Adirondack chairs in the grass overlooking the ocean was a special treat. I love the ocean but not the sand so much. This owner put thought into her condo. She had a complete kitchen, ample bath towels, soft throw rugs, memory foam topper on the mattress, beach chairs/umbrella to use and outdoor chairs right outside the door. She thought of everything including coffee filters for the Mr. Coffee and cute packaged soaps in the bathroom. The AC and ceiling fan kept it comfortable while it was nearly 100 degrees outside. And to top it off, there is an assigned reserved parking space so you don't have to worry about where to park!!
