4/5 Great location but some issues with the property
2/5 Property seemed clean upon arrival but we saw several cockroaches over our weekend stay there. The AC also did not work well, fortunately it was not very hot outside but it would have been miserable for a stay later in the summer.

- The A/C system was serviced just before your arrival, and we promptly addressed the issue by resetting the unit as soon as it was reported.
- We haven't encountered any previous reports regarding bugs; however, regular treatments for water bugs are part of our maintenance plan, while such sightings are uncommon.
- Thanks to the home’s natural surroundings, occasional outdoor pests can be expected, something that’s difficult to prevent fully.

Sea breeze
5/5 Our stay was fairly uneventful which is what we wanted. The condo was perfect for two people. It was clean, well equipped with kitchen and bath supplies, and right on the ocean. The weather was ideal. We walked the beach, read books and ate a lot of good food. We visited The Aquarium one day and we drove around to check out some of the neighborhoods.
