CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prior to arrival, your booking information will be used to register your group with the community for access to the WPOA (Wintergreen Property Owners Association) pools: Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm. These are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Upon arrival, vehicles can be parked at the building entrance for up to 20 minutes for unloading
- The unit is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 6943
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Vehicles can again be parked at the building entrance for up to 20 minutes for loading
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
