Perfect getaway
5/5 My son and I went to visit my daughter at VCU. The condo was so clean and roomy. We had all the supplies needed in the kitchen and bath areas. We felt at home and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect, only a 5 min walk to her dorm and school. We had a great time. I will book another stay; we loved it!! Thank you.

Nice Place
5/5 The room is excellent; comfortable and clean. We had difficulty finding the entrance. Someone who lived downstairs saw us and showed us where it was. The location is great if you have business at the college (VCU)across the street. We had business at the convention center and it was a little longer walk than we thought and some routes (not all) to the center were sketchy, but the apartment itself is outstanding.

Perfect for a fun trip with my friend
5/5 Clean, sunny, convenient, cute, fun, well-equipped, and absolutely perfect for a “girls trip”. We were able to walk to many of our destinations and even driving was okay since we had convenient parking right in front of the unit and could come and go easily. We felt safe. The wifi was good and the beds were comfy. Loved the decor and attention to cleanliness.

Clean and quiet
4/5 Unit is central located. The pictures accurately depict this unit. It was very clean and roomy. We didn't experience any loud street noise. I wish the unit had black-out curtains because there are a lot of street lights surrounding the unit that comes into the bedrooms. Also, there is no cable or satellite TV. There is fast Internet and the TV has apps that you can use with your own personal accounts. I would rent here again next time I'm in Richmond.
Beautiful and comfortable
5/5 This is our second time staying and we absolutely love it! Convenient to where ever you want to go…in walking distance more often than not. We already booked our 3rd stay!!! Try it out, you won’t regret it. Hannah made everything easy, I messaged her and she responded right away. We will be returning often. We book the place when we come to plays at the Dominion Energy and Altria Theater…just a quick get away.
