3/5 Sheets on the master bed appeared to be dirty, thankfully there was a washer in the house so we were able to clean them before turning in.

Adequate but disappointing
2/5 Interior is generally clean. The exterior definitely needs some attention, particularly the backyard. Not someplace I would care to go back to.

Amazing property
5/5 The property was very clean and exceeded my expectations. The owner was accommodating and very friendly. I’ve never rented a property where laundry detergent, bleach and cleaning agents were supplied. That was amazing. The towels and face cloths were folded on each bed like they get folded on a cruise. Amazing experience.

Adequate and inexpensive - but a bit too bare bones
3/5 Enjoyed our time in Norfolk/VA Beach overall, but accommodation was just adequate. Not many amenities, very empty kitchen other than some dishes and a few pans. Place was not clean (hair, dirt, grime in multiple areas). Good for a dog though, with fenced-in yard and covered screen porch with latching door. Overall it was inexpensive, but not really a good value.
