Massanutten bike race
1/5 We were headed to the area for a bike race at the Massanutten ski resort. We spent a bunch of time researching and choosing a property. After the research, we selected a property booked and paid for it. On the day of our arrival, at a rest area on route 81 we received an email saying our rental was canceled by the owner. It was nearly impossible to make contact with someone at VRBO to cure the problem. And VRBO does not do same day rentals. What are we supposed to do?Not a very good look for VRBO. Fortunately another service was able to find a place for us to stay. May start searching there first from now on.

Great experience
5/5 We had a wonderful experience! The house was very clean and modern. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for us to move around. We will definitely return next winter.
