Top Shelf convenience
4/5 The property was convenient to the things we wanted to see and do: Leaf peeping on the Sky Line Drive, affordable restaurants with good food (particularly Jack Brown's in Harrisonburg and Hank's on 33 near the resort). Fall foliage was spectacular!

Location, location, location
4/5 The property was as advertised. Walking distance to the slopes/park. The house was nicely equipped and the kitchen has a convenient layout with all the required cooking utensils.
Very good with a few hitches
3/5 Property's was very clean, well take care of and well furnished. Very cozy for 3 couples. Bathrooms were nice, especially the master.
But the big problem, the Air Conditioning systems frequently malfunctioned or stopped working with an E7 error code and the Fan in the master bedroom made a rough scraping sound when turned on, so it was rather hot and uncomfortable at night for some of the bedrooms.

- The A/C units are functioning properly, but it seems the operating instructions may not have been fully followed, which could have caused the error code. Our dedicated Guest Contact was ready and available to assist. We wish you had taken advantage of that so you could enjoy the home a bit more.
- We will have a technician inspect the fan in the master bedroom to address the noise and ensure it doesn’t disrupt future guests.
Again, we truly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback. We strive to make it the best stay for our guests possible. We hope that you will come back and give us another chance."Great mountain getaway for Family!
5/5 We really enjoyed our time at Top Shelf! It was easy to commute back and forth to JMU, no traffic! The golf courses were beautiful with tons of wildlife to see. My daughter and her cousin loved the hammock chairs, and the openness of the home allowed us all to feel connected and together. The kitchen appliances and supplies were great too, especially the Instant Pot! Top shelf had everything we needed and all of the beds were comfortable too!
