Good weekend
3/5 Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay in your home. There were some issues that if I was the owner I would want to know about. The king bed’s box springs are broken. We noticed the bed was weird and upon further investigation we discovered the box springs had been broken.The floors also were pretty nasty. They looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped for awhile. Just thought someone ought to know

Beautiful, Cozy, and Amazing Place to Stay!
5/5 This was such a beautiful location for my bachelorette party! Just a few friends and I stayed here for a weekend and it was restorative and cozy. It had everything we needed, and the kitchen was beautifully stocked with utensils and nice dishes, and everything was tastefully decorated. The bonfire pit in the backyard was such a great addition. I'm not sure what other reviewers are saying about the mold-- we didn't notice any problems there. Can't recommend this place enough.

Do not recommend
1/5 When we arrive at the home the smell of mold was extremely strong. Within 20 minutes of being there I needed to use my inhaler multiple times. We tried to air out the house but not a single window had a screen on it so we could not leave the windows open due to bugs. After an hour of being there we had headaches from the smell. We called Evolve to cancel our reservation, and we’re only being refunded 50% of total cost. No one should be staying at this house, the water damage and mold smell is not healthy. I am disappointed in Evolve as well since they recommended this home to us and have it listed through their company. This home should be removed from Evolve so that other customers do not experience what we did. When it came to the refund evolve just pushed the blame on the owner saying they would only allow 50% when evolve should have taken some responsibility as well.
Luray Caverns
5/5 The stay was absolutely perfect, we checked in with no issues. The place was in great shape, absolutely clean from top to bottom. This is a beautiful little get away with plenty of space and adequate sleeping arrangements with one bed and bathroom upstairs and one bed and bath downstairs. We will definitely be staying here again as it was beautiful inside and out and the price point was absolutely perfect. Thank you for all ur hard work to provide such a wonderful space for our stay and my opportunity to ask my gf now fiancé to marry me!!! She said YES!!! Thank you again it was beautiful and spotless!!!
