  We had a great time in Colonial Beach. The house was close to everything and we were able to walk to the restaurants and shops that we visited. The guest binder and treats were a warm touch to welcome us as guests.

  Our only concern was that there was pet fur everywhere eventhough pets are not allowed in the rental. Other than that the house was well furnished and suited our needs.

  The house was significantly nicer than I expected. The house was spotless, well decorated, and had modern updates. Felt very "homey" and comfortable. Local contact was great and very friendly. Great location that was walkable to everything (of course most everything in Colonial Beach is). Was my first time to Colonial Beach and I would definitely go back.

• Rocking chairs & Relaxation - a Perfect Unwind!

  We really enjoyed our stay! This is a perfect place to unwind and relax. We spent our time enjoying the beach and local restaurants. We loved going to the little shops around town and then settling down by a fire after dinner on the patio. The house is super cute, rooms are spacious and an open concept in the living/dining/kitchen area made it easy to connect with family and spend time together. Our favorite house amenity were the rocking chairs on the front porch, great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Will book again and would recommend to others!

  I would highly recommend this house to rent. It was cute, comfortable and everything you would need is there. I loved everything about; it’s close to the beach, there is a beautiful backyard for fires and it was a great place to spend time relaxing. Colonial Beach was such a cute little town with lots of little shops and great restaurants .
