4/5 The property itself was very convenient to the university, shopping and restaurants. Very clean, bedroom were spacious. We would definitely stay again. We did have a problem checking in. Our host never sent the check in code and he did not respond to a phone call or email until the main office was able to track him down. Delayed our checking in by over an hour.

5/5 Great location for walking/driving around Charlottesville. House had everything we needed for a long weekend stay while being in town for a wedding. Easy check in/out. House was clean and comfortable.

5/5 The house was spotless. The appliances were great. I appreciated that there was a Keurig AND a regular coffee maker. Beds were comfortable.
