Charming House in a Great Location!
5/5 This is a very charming old home in Alexandria. Our stay here was homey and relaxing; the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficient for making a few meals. Easy walk to the Waterfront down Prince Street (although I prefer going down Duke), and about a 15 minute walk to Whole Foods, Old Town, Good Restaurants, etc. This house is situated along Route 1, so there is a lot of traffic which I find to be very pleasant. Beware, that being an historic home, the stairs are narrow and the bathrooms are small, however, that worked just fine for me and my parents. Overall, it feels like you are at "Grandma's House" and there is a very nice ice cream shop about 3 minutes away. I recommend getting a pint for your stay!
