Many issues with the property
2/5 The home was clean but needed the following:-Electrical sockets fixed- Bathtubs did not drain properly- Screen missing from bathroom window- Dishwasher did not work properly- Yard had foxtails dangerous to dogs- Ants in basement bathroom- Garbage overflowing in yard upon arrival- Light switches not working properly in living room- Backyard not groomed well - Front entry keypad not workingEvolve was not helpful at all and did not respond to my call.

Hi Lana, thanks for taking the time to review your stay. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:
- We had landscapers remove the foxtails from our property as soon as it was brought to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- The dishwasher, bathtubs, front keypad, and light switches were all checked and found to be in working order before your arrival.
- Regarding the ants, we offered to send an exterminator, but we understand you declined the offer.
- We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the electrical sockets and will have them checked this week.
- The trash cans were full upon your arrival because it was trash day, and instructions for trash removal are provided in the house manual.
- The window above the shower is a very small window that may not require a screen. However, we'll look into it.

5/5 We (3 guests) stayed here for six weeks to work and ski. It was a wonderful location, quiet street but close to many shops and restaurants and just a short drive from many ski resorts. The place was updated and nice, kitchen pretty well-stocked. Fenced in yard was great for the pup.
Long term living experience
5/5 We did a 9 week stay and the house was in a convenient area, close to the medical facility we needed.
