- The property is located in Yellow Slicker Condos
- Upon arrival, guests can park either in the garage or in the main-level parking lot. Access from the parking lot is easier, as it only requires 5 stairs; while accessing the unit from the garage will require guests to climb 2 staircases

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. As soon as possible before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the keyless entry
- The code to access the community hot tub will also be provided upon check in
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee (no dogs allowed). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
