Great Stay
5/5 Our party of 10 adults had a great stay at this property. It was very spacious, had plenty of beds, was very clean, and had plenty of supplies. Checkin was easy and the property manager quickly responded to a few questions we had. We would definitely choose this property if in Moab again.

The stay was great in the house. But!!!
4/5 We love the house close to everything we wanted to do. we have a family of 10 in our group. It was perfect for our family.
The pool was nearby, but the hot tub did not work. You could only soak in the hot water. There was no bubble. Beside that, it was great.
Beautiful Condo!
4/5 Beautiful, spacious condo that was perfect for our large family! Plenty of bedrooms and a large living area and kitchen table for dinner and games. There were a few small things upon arrival that we needed more of due to our large group such as garbage bags, hand soap, and paper towels. I reached out to the property manager and she was able to get me the items later that day which was much appreciated. There were several things that were slightly frustrating to deal with on vacation like the upstairs sinks not draining (which a previous reviewer had said but we assumed it would be fixed before we arrived), the bikes being broken, and we had to change the batteries on the AC screen in order to get the AC working again. Overall, it was a very lovely stay and the property manager and owner were extremely easy and pleasant to work with!
