4/5 Comfy bed, easy parking, close to town.Lots of construction happening around this development. Cleaning folks could’ve been more attentive- looked like there was a beverage that exploded on the outside patio- table, chairs and outside of door needed to be hosed off/wiped down, Microwave was dirty. Back patio gate held together with a wire- latch needs fixing. The place is fine if you are not looking for any extra touches. Given the fees, we could’ve stayed at a pretty upscale hotel for what we paid here.

Nice Moab townhome in a great location
5/5 We enjoyed our stay at this townhome and would stay again.
Pros: Very clean upon arrival, close to Moab, lots of cookware and dishes available, spacious, great location, complex was clean and very quiet
Cons: road noise from the nearby highway can get loud at times, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise

5/5 We had a great stay! We were in Moab for a few nights to hike and explore in Arches National Park and this property had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with just a short drive to town and just a bit farther to the park. The guest contact was responsive and helpful as well when we encountered a small hiccup. Would definitely recommend!
