Fabulous place
4/5 The unit was impeccably clean. The location was perfect. Loved the two king-size bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The only issue was that the air conditioning upstairs didn’t work well and it was very warm. If that could be corrected, we would definitely stay there again!

4/5 The condo was very comfortable and felt homey, well furnished, and conveniently located near, but not to close to Moab. Rather pricey though.
Overall fine
4/5 Comfy bed, easy parking, close to town.Lots of construction happening around this development. Cleaning folks could’ve been more attentive- looked like there was a beverage that exploded on the outside patio- table, chairs and outside of door needed to be hosed off/wiped down, Microwave was dirty. Back patio gate held together with a wire- latch needs fixing. The place is fine if you are not looking for any extra touches. Given the fees, we could’ve stayed at a pretty upscale hotel for what we paid here.
