This house was wonderful! The view is amazing from the 2nd floor patio/balcony. The home is clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well stocked with everything you need. Having the two floors is a real bonus providing different living areas should two groups of people want to do different activities. The internet is very reliable and fast. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Zion National Park is just a short drive away and there are plenty of shopping spots nearby for any supplies you need. I highly recommend this home!
Would book again :) thx Amy
We appreciated all the amenities provided including fast wifi, Roku TVs, garage door opener, grill, games, and puzzles. The kitchen was well supplied including grilling utensils, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked with thick towels and shampoo and body wash. The neighborhood seems to be developing quickly so there was a bit of construction noise at times but nothing disruptive. If you are adventurous then a primitive trail up to the top of the overlook can be taken but it is not easy. The location is close to a great grocery store (Davis Food & Drug) and several restaurants--our favorite was River Rock Roasting Company. Zion NP is a 25 minute drive away--we learned to get there early to get a parking spot in the visitor center lot. If it is full then try the parking lot at the park museum but you have to take the shuttle back to the visitor center and then switch to another shuttle to ride up into the canyon. Or there is a variety of paid parking available and the city shuttle drops off at an entrance near the visitor center.
We had a great time in a very comfortable home. The only bad thing was it is basically a 2 bedroom house. The upstairs heat was uncontrollable. All the amenities were perfect.
