Visiting Zion
5/5 The house had everything. The beds were comfy.Our only negative was that we couldn't control the temp in the house. A few mornings were chilly. Also the one shower was hard to turn off and it dripped a bit. The location to Zion was perfect. toturnoff

Great stay near Zion Park
5/5 We stayed here so we could visit Zion National Park. Perfect for a family or 2 couples. Was able to make breakfast before heading earliy to do some hiking. Was able to wash clothes before leaving. 30 min ish drive to Zion Park.

Great place to explore Zion NP
5/5 We stayed here on our trip to Zion NP.
The A/C broke during our stay and Phil went out of his way to get it fixed quickly and even refunded us for the two nights that A/C didn't work well. We really appreciate it!
Wonderful stay
5/5 Property had everything to make us feel like at home. Location was relatively close to Zion and in a quiet, residential neighborhood.

Comfortable and Enjoyable
5/5 The house is close to many of the mountain bike trail heads. The neighborhood is quite and has some good dining options nearby. I'd stay here again.
