5/5 This was a perfect property for our week's stay. It is close to the centre of town but despite being close to the road it is very quiet. It's a great base for visiting all the big attractions like Bryce , Zion , The Grand Canyon and all the local sites like Yellow Rock, Mansard Trail , Toadstools , Big Water and Lick Wash.
House was very comfortable and cooking facilities were excellent-it couldn't have suited us better. We loved it .

5/5 This one bedroom was perfect. Newly remodeled with modern look. Every small detail was thought of. Perfect location to explore North Rim of Grand Canyon and southern Utah sites.

Perfect stop in Kanab
5/5 This was most ideal for our needs. We wanted a base to stay at that would be reasonably priced and clean, while being close to all the outdoor adventures we had planned. “Gram’s place” definitely met all of our wishes. Gary was very good at reaching out to us with all pertaining info, the apartment was easy to find, extremely clean and stocked well with all the basics. Would HIGHLY recommend this cute apartment!
