• Not in good shape for its age

  The location (prox to lake, shops, and restaurants) was great but for how new this house is and how much you pay in cleaning fees, it was gross. Dead bugs on every window sill and ledge, spills and prints all over walls, hair and dirt all along baseboards. The comforters clearly haven’t been washed in a long time and were gross. The smoke detector was missing from the main gathering area and there was part of the ceiling falling down near that area. The garage floor was constantly flooded. The microwave was broken. Don’t bother asking for an early check in or late check out as they acted like that was an abnormal request. We found a different house in the same neighborhood to book for next year as we all decided this wasn’t worth booking again.

  -The comforters are regularly laundered, but we’ll be double-checking this process to make sure they’re always fresh for our guests.
  -The missing smoke detector and ceiling issue are being addressed immediately, as safety is our top priority.
  -The garage flooding and microwave issue have been noted for further inspection. The microwave is functional, but we’ll ensure clearer instructions are provided if the power outage affects the clock display in the future.
  -We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, but during busy times, it can be difficult due to the quick turnaround needed to prepare the property.

• Great place for family

  We had a great time at this house with our kids and grandkids. There's plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The 2 living spaces were perfect, kids could be upstairs watching a movie while adults are downstairs. The big kitchen was a plus with room for multiple people at a time and it's well stocked. Having 2 refrigerator/freezers and 2 sinks was a great addition. Large dining table and the kids table and chairs was a bonus. Plenty of room for late night games. The yard isn't very big but there is a park and grassy area nearby. The community pool, hot tub and being within walking distance to our favorite places are a plus. This is a great place for a large family or multiple families!

  The house was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well supplied. Having two family rooms was a definite plus. The hot tub and outside dinning was a bonus. It was a little difficult with toddlers.
