Disappointed!!!!
2/5 Upon arrival everything looked great. After day 1, we realized there were a few problems. The bathtub drains didn’t work which made the hot tub unusable. The smoke alarm batteries were dead causing the alarms to chirp every 5 min. There were dead bugs everywhere and the bed linens in 2 rooms weren’t clean upon our arrival. Also, the dishes in cabinets and silverware were not clean.
The biggest problem is the check out time. Inside the cabin the posted checkout time clearly states 11 am (the emails prior to arrival said 10 am). The cleaning crew barged in on us as we were loading up at 9:45 am. They rudely told us to leave and they then followed up with phone calls and harassing emails/texts telling us we’d be reported to police as trespassing if we didn’t vacate immediately.
Powder mountain exceeded our expectations on all levels….this air bnb was way below average and we will not be back to this listing. We will be back to powder mountain though.
