We stayed two nights and really enjoyed this historic home. The layout was thoughtfully designed, making great use of every corner for storage and functionality. Everything we needed was provided, and the separate coffee station was a nice bonus. The space worked well for our group, with room for parents and four rowdy teenagers to spread out comfortably. The house felt cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect with close proximity to SUU and the surrounding area. A great place to stay.

5/5 Great location, especially for Southern Utah University and the Shakespeare Festival. Traffic noise during the day was problematic, but it calmed down at night.
