  The owner was initially great to communicate with via text for check-in. After our arrival, the heater in the living room did not work. The owner was immediately notified. We were told a maintenance worker would arrive that day to investigate the situation. No one ever arrived. When we asked the owner again he said no one was coming to service the heater. That was the last we heard from the owner even after reaching out for other questions/concerns as well as the heater not being fixed. We did not get any response whatsoever. Wasn’t a huge deal because the heater in the bedrooms did work. It just made it cold and drafty in the living room and hot in the rest of house. Other than that, the dishes were filthy. They had to be washed before we could use them. The window screens were off the windows and lying on the deck. The blinds were in poor shape and ripped apart. The “fire” that the gas fire place in the living room produced was about the size of a grapefruit. The place was in need of TLC, a good cleaning and some proper communication when there was a problem. We are property owners so understand that maintenance issues arise without warning, but we also expect for problems to be resolved in a timely manner with good communication. We would not stay there again nor do we recommend that others stay there if things don’t change. We sent photos to the owner that I would post if I could.

• Perfect location, amazing condo!

  We had a wonderful Christmas skiing and staying at this condo. The owner was communicative prior to our check-in, making sure we had everything we needed to have a smooth arrival. There was ample space for our large family, that included little kids. The dining room with bench seats were ideal for meal times with the kids. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable as well. The condo is located very close to the slopes and you can actually see the bottom of Navajo ski lift from the balcony, within walking distance if you prefer. The town shuttle also comes by the complex which is convenient if you would like to visit Giant steps. Overall we were very pleased with our accomodation!
