5/5 It was perfect as we were celebrating our 40th wedding Anniversary and skied Brianhead many times when we were dating. It’s a great location to call home base as we visited Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Cedar Breaks and Zion National Park. We didn’t ski this time, but really got our desire to come back and give it a try again. The condo is so close to Brianhead lifts. Enjoyed every minute! Easy access to Cedar City where we enjoyed an amazing celebratory dinner at Milt’s StageStop. The best prime rib hands down!!!Thank you for the coffee supplied at the condo and the accommodations were great!!! We were blessed with great weather and even spotted deer and completed our trip with snow!!!!

Excellent location from Giant Steps lift
5/5 This property was perfect for our little family of 4. Walking distance to Giant Steps. The condo had everything we needed. The sauna and hot tub was perfect after a long day snowboarding. Will definitely recommend to others.

1/5 I can't rate the actual place because after corrisponding with the reservation company and confirming date changes they never followed through. I have emailed them a handful of times after realizing they had me checking in next day and never got any responses. They responded right away when I first change dates. I have asked for a refund and still no responses.... I have also tried to dispute charges with credit card co. Writing this review to hopefully get a refund and response.
