• A Getaway from Las Vegas Heat

  We live in Las Vegas and wanted a break from the extreme heat so Brianhead was an ideal choice. This condo is in an ideal location close to all the activities the area has to offer. Day trips to Cedarbreaks and Bryce Canyon were great.

  The condo’s renovations to the kitchen, bathrooms and some of the flooring is very nice. New kitchen appliances, countertops and cabinets provided a clean environment. The kitchen is also well equipped with all the utensils needed to make meals.

  The mattresses on the two main beds were not comfortable. We were told that they are new but found them to be very hard, not to our liking. I actually had to sleep in one of the bunk beds which had a much softer and comfortable mattress. But, if you like very hard you will like them.

  The truth has to be told about accessing the unit itself. From the street level parking spot there are 32 steps to climb up on 7 landing levels to get to the entry door. Carrying luggage, coolers and other belongings was not an enjoyable task but there was no other option. In my opinion there is no way this unit should be recommended for the elderly unless they travel very light and in good shape. And once inside the unit there are 3 more flights of stairs to climb up to the main levels.

  My overall impression of the Aspens complex is that it is rundown but if location is more important to you then this might be the place for you.

  - The mattresses on the big beds are brand new and were chosen with guest comfort in mind. While we understand that mattress comfort is subjective, this is the first time we've received feedback regarding these mattresses. We're sorry they didn't meet your personal preferences.
  - Being in the mountains, our properties are built into the landscape, which means there are steps to navigate. However, our condo is located closest to the parking lot, minimizing the number of steps compared to other units in the community.
  - The condo's stairs are detailed in the listing, with several mentions of the requirement to climb stairs for access. This is a common feature for properties built into the mountains, and our condo is actually among those with the least number of steps in the complex.
  - Photos in the listing also showcase the different types of stairs to help guests prepare for their stay. Additionally, there are interior stairs within the condo leading to the main levels, which are clearly shown in the listing photos and mentioned in the description.
  - This property is designed to be welcoming for everyone, without focusing on any particular group of people.
  We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!

  The condo was great and accommodated us all. We stayed here last year and will continue to stay at this condo. Very clean and spacious.
